It looks like Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker are expanding their family.
According to People Magazine, Kandi and Todd are expecting another child. However, this time around they will be welcoming their new bundle of joy via surrogate.
Kandi and Todd’s surrogate experience will reportedly be documented on the upcoming season of “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” In the past, Kandi has been open about expanding their family more, and it looks like it is finally happening.
Last year, during an interview with Us Weekly, Kandi did reveal that she and Todd did find someone to be their surrogate. However, at that time, they were in the beginning stages and the process had not begun.
She also revealed that she had two embryos left after going through the IVF process during her last pregnancy and that her last two embryos were girls. At the time she said, “We have two embryos that are still left from when we had Ace. So, we have two embryos left and we know they’re girls.”
At the time she expressed her concerns about having a surrogate and said, “Like, I don’t have anybody who can tell me [about it]. When we were going through the IVF process, I did have a couple of friends who had done it, so, you know, I could talk to them, but this is a situation where I don’t have anybody I can talk to.”
During previous episodes of “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” Kandi has been very open about wanting another little bundle of joy.
Back in 2016, Kandi and Todd welcomed their son Ace Wells Tucker, and Kandi also has her 17-year-old daughter Riley Burruss and she is also the stepmother to Todd’s daughter 23-year-old daughter Kaela.
Congrats to Kandi & Todd!
